Flower & Hamper Deliveries

  • Shady Fig delivers Monday to Friday 9am -6pm AEST, excluding public holidays (Business Days) unless stated otherwise on the product page. All orders placed by 9:00am on a Business Day will be delivered on the same day but is not guaranteed. All orders placed after 9:00am will be delivered the next Business Day.


  • We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. For any specific order requirements such as a faster delivery time, you should contact our store directly by phone to place your order.


  • It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of your order. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, you will be required to pay redirection and delivery fee.


  • We are not responsible if the recipient is not at the specified address that has been supplied. You need to make sure your recipient is home on the date of the delivery. Orders will be left at an unattended address if we deem it safe to do so.


  • It is your responsibly to notify us if the order is being delivered to a secured premise (eg apartment, secured building, gated premises) and to ensure they will be received by the recipient. Failure to do so will result in the order being left at a reception, front gate e.t.c if we deem it safe to do so.


  • We will make contact with you in the event that your order has been left at an unattended premise. Where you require your order to be redelivered or redirected, we have the right to charge you an additional redirection or redelivery fee.


  • Our FLOWERS/HAMPERS leave our store in what we deem to be perfect condition. Any damage that may occur in the event that the recipient is not home and the order is left unattended or mishandled once received is out of our control and does not constitute an exchange, credit or refund.


  • Our flowers are seasonal and perishable so we have right to change or substitute your order depending on availability of products on the day of delivery. Fresh flowers have a vase life of approximately 3-5 days. To maximise the life of our products, flowers should be unwrapped, stems cut and placed in fresh water in a cool environment immediately after delivery.

  • Delivery prices are calculated at checkout.


  • Some suburbs listed may have areas inaccessible to our delivery driver. In this situation we will contact you and organise an in-store pick or refund where possible.

Refunds and Returns

  • In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the products you have received from us, please contact us immediately but at the latest within 12 hours of delivery.  Shady Fig reserves the right to refuse refunds if in the events of but not limited to; complaint notice more than 12 hours from date of order, the items have been damaged after purchasing due to mishandling from the recipient/customer, customer simply changed their mind, request due to substitution of similar product. At our discretion, we may offer you a store credit or exchange. Where requested by us, you must provide evidence of any faulty products (such as a photo).


  • Due to the nature of our products, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure the longevity of your product.  We do not take responsibility if our products are damaged due to negligence of others.
