Dispatching your Order
We work towards dispatching orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. All items at Shady Fig are kept in stock, very occasionally due to the high turnover of some items, dispatching may be delayed, in which case we will email you to advise the ETA of your order.
Payments by Direct Deposit may take 24 - 48 hours to arrive in our bank account. We will only dispatch goods once payment has been received. Payments made via Paypal, will only be dispatched once payment has been made.
We use Australia Post for delivery. We take great care to make sure that your purchases are wrapped and packaged for safe delivery.
Postage within Australia is a flat fee of $6.50. International orders will require extra postage. We will contact you after the order has been placed with additional postage cost. This will require a seperate payment transaction.
Express Post overnight delivery closes at 1pm. This service does not operate on weekends.
For items that are large, bulky or heavy, we may require to send your order via a courier company. We will contact you in this instance.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If something you have purchased and the item in faulty or incorrect, please return the item/s unworn, unused or unopened and within 14 days. The item/s will be replaced or you will be able to exchange the item/s to the same value. Shady Fig complies with the Department of Fair Trading Refund Policy. Please read here.
